The Model Doesn't Care What Country You're In.

It is the single most common objection we hear from outside the United States. Some version of: this looks like it works over there, but my market is different.

It is a fair thing to ask. It is also, at this point, answerable with names.

    Sweden

William was working full time in Sweden when he started, building the agency alongside the day job. He leaned hard into cold calling early. His first session produced one call, one conversation, and one booked appointment.

Then the reps compounded. In his own words:

"250$ in ads for myself, 3,400$ ROI (revenue), +170$ MRR on top of the 3,400$. This is from 5 websites clients (contract signed)... So that's 50$ per CLOSE"

    William, Sweden

Fifty dollars to acquire a signed client. He also noted he had not followed up with every lead because he was overwhelmed, and reckoned he left another one to three deals on the table.

A separate campaign put $5,000 into his pipeline on twelve month contracts, off $200 in ad spend.

Most recently he sold a Spanish real estate agent a three month retainer, and is flying to Spain to shoot the ads. The target audience is Swedish people buying property in Spain.

Sit with that for a second. A Swedish operator, selling to a Spanish business, marketing to Swedish buyers. He is also, separately, building a funnel to run ads into the United States and working through American SMS compliance rules to do it.

The geography is not the constraint. It never was.

    The UK

Umesh posted a breakdown titled "$4900 Sale + $5900 Sale, Lessons Learned," walking the community through both deals on video.

Anil landed his first trial client a month after joining. A fire and security company doing CCTV, security alarms and fire alarms across commercial, residential and school customers. He is now running their campaigns.

Obi closed a clinic on ads and content:

"landed a new client who wants ads and content from me for £1600 ($2100) per month. The sales modules made a huge difference, showing the clinic the pieces that were missing and gaining micro agreements throughout made it a no brainer for the client"

Georgi generated leads at £1.71 cost per lead in his first campaigns. One campaign produced 90 leads and led directly to revenue generating procedures for his client. He has also sat in a discovery call with a life insurance business owner spending £60,000 a month buying leads from providers he does not trust.

That last one matters. The problem this model solves is not an American problem. Business owners everywhere are buying leads badly.

    Ireland

Immanuel started while working full time as an SDR in tech sales. He ran his first free trial campaign and generated 303 leads in 10 days at an average cost per lead of €0.54, from €160 in ad spend.

    So what actually changes

Being honest about it, some things do change, and none of them are the model.

The currency changes. The ad platforms are the same platforms. Compliance rules differ, and the students running campaigns into the US have had to learn American SMS regulations the same way an American would have to learn GDPR.

What does not change is the underlying fact the business rests on: local businesses need customers, most of them are bad at getting them, and almost none of them want to learn. That is true in Stockholm, Dublin, Manchester and Milwaukee.

    The real objection underneath

When someone says "my market is different," they are usually not making a claim about their market. They are looking for a reason it will not work, because if it will not work then they do not have to try.

Which is fair enough. It is a genuinely uncomfortable thing to start.

But the five people above did not have a different model. They had the same one, in a different postcode.
